This policy is part of our Terms of Service. We will honor longer return windows or free remedies where required by the law of your country or state.
Shipping
Processing
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Limited drops and made-to-order canvas may take longer—see product pages and confirmation emails for specifics.
Rates & delivery
- United States: Standard and expedited options shown at checkout. Free standard US shipping on orders $150+ where advertised on the site.
- International: Available where we ship; delivery times depend on carrier and customs. You are responsible for import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees unless we state otherwise at checkout.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email when the label is created. Use our Track order page or the carrier site for updates.
Lost or delayed packages
Contact us if tracking stalls or the carrier marks delivery but you did not receive the package. We will work with the carrier; resolution may require a claim period defined by the courier.
Returns & refunds
Return window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method, subject to the conditions below. Final sale items (if any) are marked on the product page and are not returnable unless defective.
Condition
- Unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and original packaging where applicable.
- Footwear must include the original box; do not use the shoe box as the outer shipping container.
- Canvas and art: no returns on custom commissions unless damaged in transit—see product-specific terms.
How to start a return
- Email customer support with your order number and reason.
- We send a prepaid label where we offer free returns, or instructions if you pay return postage in your region.
- Drop off the package with the carrier and retain proof of shipment.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the return, usually within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional days to post the credit. Original outbound shipping is non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item or the product is defective.
Exchanges
Size exchanges depend on stock. Fastest path: return for refund and place a new order. If you prefer an exchange, ask support—we will confirm availability before issuing a replacement shipment.
Damaged or wrong items
Email photos and your order number within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or refund you, including reasonable return shipping where applicable.
