These Terms govern your use of Pluto Brand’s website and purchases from our store. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

“Pluto Brand,” “we,” or “us” refers to the business operating this storefront. Commercial correspondence: legal@plutobrand.com. Add your full legal entity name and address on file with payment processors where required.
2. Eligibility
You may use the site if you can form a binding contract where you live and you comply with these Terms and applicable law. If you shop on behalf of a business, you represent you have authority to bind that business.
3. Products, pricing & availability
We strive for accurate descriptions, images, sizing guidance, and pricing. Limited drops may sell out; we may cancel orders we cannot fulfill (for example inventory sync errors) and will refund any payment taken. We may change prices, products, or promotions at any time before you complete checkout.
4. Orders & payment
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We accept or decline orders (including fraud checks or quantity limits). Payment is processed by Shopify and selected payment providers. You authorize us and our processors to charge your payment method for the total at checkout (including tax and shipping where shown).
5. Shipping & delivery
Risk of loss passes in line with our Shipping & returns policy and carrier terms. Estimated timelines are estimates only; customs, weather, or carrier delays are outside our control. International orders may incur duties or taxes payable by the recipient.
6. Returns & refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds follow our Shipping & returns policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Items must meet the condition and timeframe stated there unless a longer period is required by the law of your jurisdiction.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site (logos, designs, text, photography, layout) is owned by Pluto Brand or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or exploit it commercially without permission. Purchased goods are for personal use unless we agree otherwise in writing.
8. Prohibited use
You may not interfere with the site’s security, use bots to abuse inventory or promotions, resell in violation of stated limits, harass staff or customers, or break the law. We may suspend access or cancel orders that appear abusive or fraudulent.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where allowed. 10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for claims arising from these Terms or your use of the site will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100), except where liability cannot be limited by law (for example certain consumer rights or gross negligence in some regions).
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Pluto Brand and our team against claims arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the site, or violation of others’ rights, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise. Courts in New York County may have exclusive jurisdiction for commercial disputes; consumers may have rights to sue in their home courts—nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after posting means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes to terms affecting open orders will be handled consistent with applicable law.
